OUR ORIGIN STORY
In 2011 SkySlope started as an idea born at the kitchen table of our CEO, with just him and two others. Headquartered in Sacramento, California, we have since grown out of our previous 3 offices and many of our close to 180 employees are spread all across the United States. Those 180 employees support close to 300,000 users across 5,000 offices nationwide and now in Canada as well. Included in that is 8 out of the 15 largest Real Estate Brokerages in the nation.
But, despite being happy with what we’ve achieved we know that as industry leaders in our space there’s a lot of work left to be done. All of the growth and success that has happened is a result of us obsessing over building cutting edge software that makes the Real Estate world a better place. We know this only happens by hiring people who don’t just come up with out of the box ideas but hiring people who actually see those ideas through and bring them to life. Transaction Coordinators (TCs) provide white glove service to our customers as they process their real estate files in pursuit of making life better for every real estate agent, broker, and service provider. Specifically, this involves initiating the file, managing the file and all communications and then, ensuring the file is complete prior to closing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Initiate files in SkySlope, calendaring the transaction timeline and sending confirmation of file set up email
- Monitor initiation board & assist with initiating new files for the team
- Complete post-closing “check-ins” and ensure all tasks/documents are completed
- Meet service level agreements by managing email and requests, auditing files for outstanding items and sending reminders to agents
- Send congratulatory closing emails, making sure the file is complete for closing, checking with all parties involved on closing date
- Call and check with agents on a monthly basis on service level and referrals
- Attend meetings (team, mentor, and one-on-ones)
- Conduct file audits and meet all internal deadlines
- Operate within industry compliance standards, best practices and established SkyTC processes and protocols

$17.78 - $22.11 an hour
This position is a full-time, fully remote role. Applicants must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsership.
The pay range for this position is between $17.78 and $22.11 hourly.
