Position Summary:
Studio71 is searching for a Client Services Manager to support our growing Podcast business. In this role, you’ll work with the Podcast & Business Operations teams to manage various aspects of performance analytics, advertising data reporting and client relations to ensure a show’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with industry professionals (agents, managers, lawyers) and influencers themselves.
- Pull and analyze performance and ad reports for various shows and assist in communications with partners
- Manage and audit Salesforce accounts for Podcast network
- Manage show budgets for marketing
- Work closely with Business Operations and Podcast Development teams to ensure internal processes with Sales and Finance are accurate
- Complex problem solving and decision making across many teams, communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as needed or as directed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of talent relations experience preferably within a podcast or digital media team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills
- Takes initiative, open to learning new skills and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Clear understanding of how to provide superior client service
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs/Sheets.
- Experience with Salesforce necessary
Salary Expectations:
Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 annually + benefits.
