Post-Acute Liaison:
Assists Solheim Senior Community by effectively coordinating key operations involving assistance in marketing and resident admissions to Solheim’s skilled nursing and rehab facility, which involves interfacing with the general public, hospitalist such as physicians and discharge planners, prospective residents, their family members, and professional or personal support persons. The post-acute liaison is responsible for project planning, scheduling/timelines, milestones/deliverables, reporting, budgeting, tracking, risk/issue management, and delivery of assigned projects. Will work occasional Saturdays or Sundays as needed.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred, 2 years marketing experience in healthcare or sales setting
Reports to the Administrator and Marketing/Sales Director Salary: $77,000-88,000 with incentive bonus
